Job Description：

1, Under the leadership of operations center, design brand development plan, draw up brand and marketing strategy, sales policy to meet the requirements of market and actual operation center, directly responsible for products development and production, marketing, sales and profit target;

2, Market investigation, research and sales forecast; Timely sort, analysis, feedback counterparts and competitive brand marketing dynamic;

3, Design annual development plan, sales plan, undertake operations center issued its annual development tasks, sales tasks, and organize manages personnel secondary task assignment;

4, Brand annual advertising and promotion plan, responsible for the organization, planning, execution, enhance product sales and brand awareness;

5, Responsible for domestic market development, customer development and management, document and use customer information, contact with customers and coordinate sales business dealings on behalf of company;

6, Organize and plan company order conference and large display competitions;

7, Timely organize all kinds of internal marketing, product development and production and marketing coordination project meetings according to market feedback;

8, Execute and responsible for money collecting according to the company financial system, cost settlement and payment exception handling and the safety of payment.

9, Responsible for establishing and improving brand management and operating file system;

Job Requirements：

1, Have clothing retail sales management experience

2, Marketing major is preferred
