On April 27, the General Manager of Lifeng, Mr Archie came to our company. First of all, accompanied by Manager, Liu Gen, he visited and familiarized with our office and production environment, company business operation process, and carried on detailed discussion with related personnel. Mr Archie was satisfied with our company business operation ability and also put forward some personal opinions.

At 14:00, nearly 20 people of most department supervisors and related business personnel attended Mr Archie about How to be an excellent merchandiser, business skills training. In the training, Archie shared his 20-year experience in large multinational groups and companies through ways of case analysis, explanation, tabular data and so on. For how to be an excellent merchandiser, he demonstrated in following aspects, analysis of meeting customer demand, improve customer satisfaction and work efficiency, reduce working mistakes. At last, Mr Archie answered some questions from colleagues and took group photos as souvenir. All colleagues attendedand expressed their gratitude to Archie, and shared that they learned a lot about customer business operation mode, working methods and experience that will be great help for future work.
